Indulge in dishes like tuna sashimi with aged soy and ginger, poached coral trout in fragrant broth, and a show-stopping whole roast porchetta with peach and tarragon salsa, served alongside shared sides like duck fat roast potatoes and radicchio salad with almonds and port-soaked currants.

Vegetarian delights include sake-glazed eggplant and roast cauliflower with saffron yoghurt.
