Step into The Vault for an intimate rum-tasting experience in partnership with Brix Distillers, launching just in time for International Rum Day.

Measuring just eight-and-a-half square metres, with space for six guests and one bartender,

The Vault pop-up will offer rum tastings exclusively for a limited time only (From 16 August to 28 September) with two options:

Classic Tasting – $70pp

Explore four rums from the Brix core range – Cane Spirit, Australian Rum, Spiced Rum, and Mango Rum – paired with a grazing plate.

Sessions:
Wednesday to Saturday 6pm
Sunday: 4pm

Premium Tasting – $90pp

Delve into Brix’s rare cask series with unique pours aged in Brokenwood, Pinot Gris, Tawny, and Ginger Beer barrels, complemented by elevated canapés.

Sessions:
Wednesday to Saturday 8pm
Sunday: 6pm

With just six seats per session, every tasting is designed to be personal, immersive, and exclusive.
